We are a true custom builder, involved in all phases of construction projects, from concept to completion. Our projects include historic restorations, renovations of existing multi-family or single-family homes, and building new homes. Stefanos Efstratoudakis

Founder, Stefco Builders

Stefanos Efstratoudakis, the firm’s founder, learned early on how construction was a great interest of his. Upon graduating from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Structural Engineering, he worked on large-scale projects as a field engineer before switching his focus to high-end luxury homes. He has led countless projects throughout the Greater Boston area, approaching each project with care, innovation, and beauty.

Linda Efstratoudakis

Development Office Manager

Linda Efstratoudakis, co-founder of Stefco Builders, began her career working in finance upon receiving a business degree from Boston University and a Master’s degree in entrepreneurship from Babson College. She now manages all day-to-day operations at Stefco. She is devoted to customer service, and provides a seamless experience to clients throughout the whole construction process.
