Private Residence - Milton, MA
We contracted with Stefco Builders to build our architect designed high-end home on a four acre wooded site with substantial ledge. We had a very successful experience with Stefco Builders and couldn't be happier with the job that Stefco did. Our building site was challenging-but Stefco was able to handle all aspects of this complex project with expertise and efficiency. Our home is part of a small subdivision consisting of three other homes of similar size and complexity. Stefco started our home 3 months after our neighbor and finished six months before. In addition to the efficiency, the quality of construction is far superior to other homes. The reason for this is simple: Attention to detail, close supervision on the site on a daily basis be Stefco's project supervisors, and relationships with first class tradespeople. Stefco works with the best subcontractors in the industry - and they are loyal, reliable, and highly skilled. In particular, we were most impressed with the framing, the tiling, finish carpentry, painting and landscape sitework and design, although all of the trades performed to a high standard. Every individual at Stefco showed high values of performance and pride in doing the best job possible.

Private Residence - Newton, MA
Stefco Builders built an approximately 2,500 square foot addition on to our existing home in Newton Centre, MA. This addition primarily consisted of a new two car garage, a new family room and kitchen, an attached sitting room for the master suite, two new bedrooms and one new bathroom. While the majority of this work was part of the new addition, many existing parts of the home were also involved including the master suite, living room, office, basement and a half bath. We chose to remain in the house during the construction, so we had a daily first hand view of Stefco Builders. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality of the work that was performed. Every representative from Stefco, and each one of their subcontractors, performed well above our expectations. They were honest, thorough and delivered results that were in line with our building plans and cost projections. We have recommended them to many of our friends and would have no hesitation to use them again ourselves.
